重イオン照射されたBi系超伝導体において、交流帯磁率の損失ピークの周波数依存性が測定された。Bi-2212単結晶においてボーズグラス転移が表れるが、Bi-2201単結晶においては表れなかった。これは、Bi-2201単結晶の異方性が非常に小さいことに起因している。
